As a Regular Employee in the Audit, Accounting & Finance department at our Chennai location, you will be responsible for leading FP&A Analytics for Treasury Markets CFO business. Your primary focus will be on managing various reports for Treasury business across P&L and Balance sheet, delivering CFO level presentations, providing explanations for central and other allocations, conducting forecasting for Treasury PnL and Balance sheet, and overseeing FTP modelling and RWA validation for Treasury. Additionally, you will be expected to ensure the quality of work submitted and maintain the highest standards while adhering to SLA's, KPI's, and internal metrics. In terms of talent development, you will be required to build a pipeline of talent under yourself and coordinate effective compliance by embedding a Risk Management Framework (RMF) & Process Universe to manage operational risks. Your role will involve maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, conducting regular face-offs, and ensuring compliance with operational risk policies and procedures. Key stakeholders you will engage with include Treasury CFO, Group FP&A, Country treasury/regional treasury teams, Group and country business finance teams, and Group Internal Auditors. You will also need to manage relationships with external stakeholders such as EY (audit & advisory). To excel in this role, you should possess a professional qualification in Education and have training in Treasury. Specific technical competencies required include Balance Sheet Knowledge, Risk Weighted Assets, Interest rate analytics, Treasury knowledge, and Fund Transfer pricing.
