You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates to build a strong talent pipeline. Developing lasting relationships with candidates and understanding job requirements will be crucial. Additionally, you will review applicants to ensure they meet the position requirements, research new technologies, and maintain a candidate database. Your duties will include preparing and sending daily recruiting reports, handling clients, participating in conference calls, and providing mentorship and training to junior recruiters. As a key member of the team, you will report to the Team Leader/Asst. Operations Manager and work onsite in Ahmedabad with a shift timing of 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST. To qualify for this role, you should hold a graduate degree in any discipline and possess 1 to 3 years of experience in US Recruitment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal abilities, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with internet and social media platforms are essential. Demonstrated recruiting and sourcing skills, negotiation expertise, and analytical capabilities will be advantageous.
