Forex Hedging: Liasioning with Bank for booking forward contracts and reporting to Banks & Group entities Submission of Underlying documents to bank for forward contracts, 2. Exchange Rate Management: Liasioning with Bankers and group entities for cash rate booking 3. Forex MIS & Exposure: followup and Liasioning with group entities for reporting of forex exposure Preparation of Daily Forex MIS and circulation to Senior Management Proposal for hedging of open forex exposure to Senior Management Preparation of Cover live file & updating forward contract utilisation & rollover/cancellation details Export Finance Management: Assessment of fund requirement at Group entities Liasioning & Negotiation with Bankers for Interest rates of Packing Credit Drawdown of Packing Credit Ensuring correct debit of Interest Submission of request for claim of Subvention Interest under Interest equalisation scheme5. Compliance Report Submission : Preparation & Submission of Anticipated & Final Unhedges foreign Currency Exposure Report on quarterly basis to Bank Submission of Derivative Disclosure Report to Secretarial Dept. Location-Thane Qualification- MBA, CA Mandatory Skills- Forex Hedging & Treasury
