Foreman Supervisor

Job Title: Foreman Gym Equipment

We are looking for an experienced Foreman in the Gym Equipment Manufacturing domain who can supervise day-to-day production operations, especially in machine assembly, welding, and installation of fitness equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of fitters, welders, and assembly workers on the shop floor.
• Oversee the fabrication, welding, fitting, and finishing of gym equipment.
• Ensure proper setting of jigs, fixtures, and tools for production.
• Maintain quality standards during manufacturing and finishing.
• Coordinate with the production manager for planning and timelines.
• Handle site installations of gym machines when required.
• Report production status, material shortages, and any technical issues.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness protocols in the workshop.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Foreman in gym equipment or related mechanical/metal fabrication industry.
• Strong knowledge of machine assembly, welding, and production tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good team management and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites for installations if required.

Key Requirements:

• Proven track record (7+ years) in business development, OEM sales, or leadership roles.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel across India as required.
• Knowledge of manufacturing/automotive/gym/truss or cycle industry is a plus.

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred).
