Description We are looking for a motivated Tele Caller to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inquiries, and promoting our products and services. This role is suitable for candidates with 1-10 years of experience in telecalling or sales. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services. Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries effectively. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system. Follow up with leads and provide them with necessary information to convert them into sales. Achieve daily and monthly call targets and contribute to team goals. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as needed. Skills and Qualifications Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to convert calls into sales. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
