Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and strategy-driven Brand Manager to lead our cosmetic product line and support the launch of new daily-use retail products. You will be responsible for end-to-end brand ownershipfrom strategy and innovation to marketing execution and consumer engagement Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute brand strategy for existing and upcoming product lines Identify opportunities for brand diversification and new product development Drive consumer research and competitor analysis to inform product positioning Lead marketing campaigns across BTL, and digital platforms Work closely with sales, design, and R&D teams to ensure cohesive brand execution Plan product launches, Drive Sales, Marketing, and promotional strategies Manage brand budgets, monitor ROI, and ensure brand profitability Build brand visibility and equity across retail touchpoints Qualifications: MBA in Marketing or Brand Management from a reputed institute 5 to 8 years of experience in brand management (FMCG, cosmetics, or personal care preferred) Strong understanding of South Indian markets and consumer behavior Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills Proficiency in digital marketing, packaging development, and retail campaigns Desired Attributes: Passion for wellness, beauty, and lifestyle brands Strong eye for design, packaging, and consumer storytelling Entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on approach to execution Ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-driven environment Join Us: If youre ready to build a homegrown brand with national impact and shape the future of everyday wellness products in India, wed love to hear from you.
