As an ASM, you will be pivotal in driving sales growth, expanding market share, and ensuring the effective execution of sales strategies in your assigned territory. Experience : 7 10 years sales experience (with 3 5 years in Managerial level) in Ghee / Oil / Staples or Food FMCG; Dairy industry experience preferred Proven experience in FMCG dairy - Long Shelf-Life product sales, such as Ghee, Cream, Dairy Whitener, UHT Milk etc Strong distributor and retail network in UP region Excellent team management, negotiation, and communication skills Target-oriented with a strong grasp of sales metrics and execution Familiar with rural and semi-urban market dynamics Proficient in MS Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting MBA (Marketing) Preferred
