Flutter Trainer

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Flutter Trainer to join our academy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Flutter development and a flair for teaching. You will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs to students, helping them build robust mobile applications using Flutter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development: Design and update training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and assessments, ensuring they align with current industry standards.
• Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and online, catering to various skill levels from beginners to advanced developers.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to students during coding sessions, helping them build and debug mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
• Assessment: Evaluate students' progress through assignments, projects, and assessments, providing constructive feedback.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Flutter development to ensure the training remains current and relevant.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other trainers and team members to continuously improve training programs.

Required Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Flutter development.
• Teaching Experience: At least 2 years of experience in teaching or conducting training sessions on Flutter or mobile app development.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Dart programming language, Flutter framework, RESTful APIs, and third-party libraries.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: Flutter or Dart certifications are a plus.
• Additional Skills: Familiarity with Firebase, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
