As a Flutter Developer at OkBuy.shop, you will have a pivotal role in shaping the mobile experience for both customers and local shop owners, ensuring a seamless and engaging app experience. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance, reusable, and reliable Flutter code for the mobile application. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features will be a key aspect of your role. Your responsibilities will also include optimizing app performance, troubleshooting and debugging issues, participating in code reviews, and contributing to best practices, coding standards, and documentation. Staying updated with emerging trends and technologies in mobile development, especially within the Flutter ecosystem, will be essential. Integration with backend services and APIs to deliver a seamless user experience will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this position should have proven experience as a Flutter Developer or in a similar role, accompanied by a strong portfolio of mobile applications. Proficiency in the Dart programming language, familiarity with Flutter framework widgets and libraries, and experience with third-party libraries and APIs, including RESTful APIs, are required. A solid understanding of the mobile development life cycle, UI/UX design principles, patterns, and best practices is essential. Familiarity with version control systems like Git, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are desired qualities. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience is preferred. Preferred qualifications for this role include experience in e-commerce or similar domain projects, knowledge of native mobile development (iOS/Android), understanding of cloud platforms like Firebase and their integration with Flutter apps, and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
