As a Flutter expert, you will play a pivotal role in our cross-functional product development team, ensuring our mobile solutions are high-performing, scalable, and user-friendly. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Design & Development:Build sophisticated, scalable, and high-quality mobile applications using Flutter and Dart for both iOS and Android platforms. Architecture & Best Practices:Design robust architecture patterns, apply best practices in Flutter development, and ensure code quality, reusability, and maintainability. Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Performance Optimization:Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and memory usage across devices, platforms, and versions. Testing & Debugging:Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and participate in code reviews to ensure bug-free, reliable software. Mentorship:Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement within the development team. Innovation & Problem-solving:Stay updated with the latest Flutter and mobile technology trends, and proactively introduce new ideas and solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience:59 years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on Flutter development. Expertise in Flutter:Solid understanding of Flutter framework, Dart language, and Flutter architecture patterns (Bloc, Provider, etc.). Cross-platform Knowledge:Proven ability to build and deploy high-quality cross-platform mobile apps for Android and iOS. UI/UX:Proficient in creating pixel-perfect UI with Flutter, handling complex animations, and building responsive layouts. API Integration:Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and integrating backend services into mobile apps. State Management:In-depth knowledge of state management approaches (e.g., Bloc, Provider, Riverpod). Version Control:Proficient in using Git and collaborating in distributed teams. Performance Tuning:Skilled at optimizing app performance, memory management, and handling device-specific constraints. CI/CD:Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) tools and processes for mobile applications. Problem-solving:Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Nice-to-have Skills: Experience with native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) development. Knowledge of Firebase, GraphQL, or backend integration strategies. Experience with automated testing frameworks for Flutter.
