Floor Manager (Any Degree)

The Floor Manager role involves overseeing the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the hospital. This position requires coordination between nursing staff, patient care services, and allied departments to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. As the Floor Manager, you will act as a liaison between patients, families, hospital staff, and management. Your key responsibilities will include supervising and coordinating the daily activities of nursing staff, housekeeping, support staff, and other floor personnel. It will be crucial to ensure that all patients receive timely, safe, and compassionate care. Monitoring patient flow, including admissions, discharges, and transfers, and coordinating bed allocation effectively will also be part of your duties.
