Flight Line Mechanical Technician

As a Flight Line Mechanical Technician at Airbus India Private Limited, your main responsibility will be to perform technical interventions to ensure the H125 Aircraft is in compliance. This includes working on structural sub-assemblies, avionics, electrical, and mechanical systems like electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic generation systems, and more. Your role will involve ensuring the aircraft is fully operational before and after ground and flight tests. Your key responsibilities will include preparing the aircraft for both ground and flight activities, installing or removing sub-assemblies of aircraft systems on the runway, performing preventive maintenance and re-compliance following tests, diagnosing and troubleshooting anomalies within the systems, assisting during flight operations as required, and ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping of maintenance activities. To excel in this role, you will need technical expertise in helicopter mechanical systems, particularly avionics and hydraulic systems. You should be able to diagnose, troubleshoot, and efficiently repair system defects, have knowledge of aircraft maintenance practices and technical documents, experience in working on flight lines, and the ability to handle urgent maintenance needs during flight tests or ground operations. Desired experience for this position includes prior work on H125 or similar helicopter models, familiarity with aircraft system configurations, assembly, and integration procedures, as well as previous experience in a flight line maintenance role.
