You are invited to join our team in Hyderabad as a Facade Designer, where your expertise in CAD designing and comprehensive understanding of facade systems will be invaluable. With 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of architectural facades and building envelope systems, you will play a vital role in designing innovative and practical facade solutions. Your responsibilities will include developing detailed facade design drawings using AutoCAD and other CAD tools, translating architectural and structural drawings into facade system layouts, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure project specifications and building codes are met. Additionally, you will prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation drawings for various facade elements such as Aluminium, Glass, and glazing systems. As part of your role, you will participate in design review meetings, providing technical insights on materials, systems, and detailing. Your ability to coordinate with site teams will be crucial for the smooth execution of designs and addressing any design-related issues during installation. To excel in this position, you should possess a Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (or related field), along with 3 to 5 years of experience in facade designing. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, and knowledge of Revit, Rhino, or other design tools will be advantageous. A strong understanding of facade systems, materials, and fixing methods, coupled with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, will set you up for success. Preferred qualifications include experience with aluminum, glass, ACP, and stone facade systems, as well as exposure to international standards and practices in facade design. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment will be key in ensuring project success.,
