The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, following up with customers, booking service appointments, and promoting our automotive services. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote services and book appointments. Handle inbound inquiries related to vehicle service, pricing, offers, and location. Explain workshop services (general service, denting/painting, AC repair, etc.) clearly and professionally. Follow up with customers for feedback after service completion. Maintain call records and update the customer database. Coordinate with the workshop team for slot availability and customer schedules. Handle basic customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department
