Description We are seeking an experienced IT & Information Security professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security practices and technologies, with the ability to protect our organization's data and systems from cyber threats. Responsibilities Develop and implement information security policies and procedures. Monitor security systems for potential threats and vulnerabilities. Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments. Respond to and manage security incidents and breaches. Provide training and awareness programs for staff on security best practices. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security is integrated into all systems and processes. Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field. 5-10 years of experience in IT security or a related field. Strong understanding of security protocols, cryptography, and security architecture. Experience with firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and network security technologies. Proficient in security tools such as SIEM, antivirus, and vulnerability management software. Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to information security (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001). Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are preferred.
