Job Overview We are seeking a talented Creative Designer and Video Editor to join MagikKraft's dynamic team in Ahmedabad. This full-time position is ideal for a fresher who is passionate about blending creativity with technology in the construction industry. You will work closely with our innovative team to produce engaging multimedia content that enhances our brand's visibility and impact. Your Role Create videos, reels, and visuals for campaigns and social media Contribute to brand guidelines, visual identity, and tone Use AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, etc.) for creative experiments Design marketing materials, pitch decks, and digital assets Requirements 12 years of hands-on creative experience Proficient in Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar tools Strong sense of design, motion, and storytelling Interest in AI generative design tools Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is essential for producing high-quality video content that aligns with project requirements and brand guidelines. Ability to efficiently utilize Canva for creating visually appealing graphics for social media and other digital platforms, ensuring consistent brand presence. Familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD) to develop innovative and precise designs that support the visualization capabilities of our platform. Strong skills in visual storytelling to creatively convey project stories and company values through multimedia formats. Solid background in graphic design to conceptualize and execute creative concepts that enhance marketing and educational materials. Understanding of UI/UX principles to contribute to user-friendly interface designs that elevate the overall user experience with our platform. Experience or interest in using Midjourney tools to explore advanced creative solutions and apply innovative design processes. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced and dynamic team environment. Roles and Responsibilities Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and create compelling video content that effectively communicates our mission and product capabilities. Design visually engaging graphics and multimedia content for social media platforms and digital campaigns to enhance brand visibility. Assist in the creation and editing of dynamic video content that showcases project successes and the impact of our technology on construction projects. Engage in regular brainstorming sessions to innovate creative design concepts that further the reach and impact of our marketing initiatives. Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a high level of quality and consistency across all media. Utilize basic CAD skills for certain design projects that require integration with our technological platforms for visual solutions. Participate in UI/UX design efforts to ensure our platform remains intuitive and accessible to a diverse range of users. Research and stay updated on the latest trends in multimedia design and technology to continuously improve and innovate our content strategies.

Job Summary As a proposal graphic designer, you will be responsible for creating high quality visual designs for proposals, presentations and other business development materials. You will collaborate closely with proposal managers, writers and subject matter experts to produce graphics that enhance the clarity and impact of our proposal submissions. Your designs will play a key role in helping our team win new business by ensuring our proposals are visually appealing, follow brand guidelines and communicate our value proposition effectively. You must have the confidence and drive to work independently and the interpersonal skills to work with multiple, extended, international teams. Responsibilities Develop graphic content for proposal-related deliverables including illustrations, icons, maps, organization charts, process flows, presentations, and proposal and presentation cover concepts Prepare charts, graphs and two- and three-dimensional diagrams from rough sketches, models, written or verbal direction and/or engineering drawings Collaborate with proposal managers, account owners, sellers, technical architects, and other internal customers to create persuasive business graphics and presentations Review and refine graphics based on feedback from the pursuit team to ensure that they meet client and internal standards Ensure all proposal graphics adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistent visual style Contribute reusable images to the graphics repository Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion Convert print collateral to best digital formats for electronic distribution, utilizing full application functionality Qualifications Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, marketing or a related field 10+ years of experience in graphic design (preferably in sales support or marketing) A minimum of 4 years of experience within an IT/ITeS organization Skills Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Firefly, Express, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Advanced to expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook) and SharePoint Experience in designing PowerPoint templates, infographics and data visualization Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Strong communications skills to present and justify design decisions Strong commitment to meeting deadlines and driving project completion
