As part of our team, your primary responsibilities will include conducting on-site installations, configurations, and commissioning of various systems such as fire systems, PA systems, CCTV systems, access control systems, and automation solutions. You will work closely with project managers, clients, and internal teams to grasp project requirements and adhere to timelines effectively. Your tasks will involve the installation and wiring of security and automation devices, including fire detectors, speakers, cameras, access control panels, sensors, and PA systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for system testing, troubleshooting, and diagnostics to guarantee proper functionality and compliance with safety standards. You will also play a crucial role in providing training to clients and end-users on system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures. To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record of at least 1 year as a Field Support Engineer or in a similar position, specifically dealing with fire systems, PA systems, CCTV, access control, and automation solutions. Your expertise should encompass proficiency in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of fire alarm control panels, smoke detectors, fire suppression systems, and PA systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operations & Maintenance: Supervise the operation and maintenance of all technical services, including Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, UPS, DG, PAC, Fire Detection and Suppression Systems. Review and implement Preventive and Corrective Maintenance plans. Ensure critical systems uptime with zero interruption to business operations. Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions for recurrent issues. 2. Technical Supervision: Oversee day-to-day operations of the technical team and ensure timely task execution. Review and interpret MEP layouts, SLDs, and project drawings for infrastructure planning. Collaborate with internal teams for space planning, layout finalization, and technical feasibility. 3. Vendor & Contractor Management: Monitor performance of OEMs, AMCs, and service contractors as per SLA/KPIs. Raise service requisitions, review POs, certify vendor bills, and track payment closures. Conduct site inspections and technical audits with vendors for quality assurance. 4. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to safety norms, environmental standards, and audit compliance (ISO/Statutory). Maintain updated documentation, including PPM records, asset registers, and compliance trackers. Support the preparation of audit documentation and technical reports. 5. Budgeting & Procurement: Assist in preparing annual maintenance budgets and cost control measures. Support procurement by evaluating quotes, preparing comparative statements, and validating technical specifications. Qualification & Experience: Education: B. Tech Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (mandatory) Experience: 4-6 years of experience in managing technical infrastructure in Critical Facilities such as Data Centers, Networking Labs, Hotel, Hospital. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong technical understanding of MEP systems, power backup, HVAC, fire systems. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and technical reporting. Team leadership and vendor management capability. Knowledge of statutory compliance, fire audits, and ISO documentation. Excellent communication, coordination, and troubleshooting skills.
