Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Risk Assessment:
Identify potential risks and ensure preventive measures are in place. Update Risk Assessments and train staff in hazard reporting.
Legal Compliance:
Prepare and maintain the Legal Register to ensure all legal requirements are met.
Safety Walks & Observations:
Conduct safety walks and track actions in the Salus system.
Incident Management:
Investigate incidents, implement corrective actions, and share learnings with the team.
HSE Compliance:
Ensure adherence to safety practices, training, and record-keeping.
Safety Campaigns:
Plan and coordinate safety awareness programs.
Subcontractor & PPE Management:
Ensure compliance with subcontractor safety protocols and monitor PPE usage.
Lab Testing & Audits:
Oversee food and water testing, and ensure audit findings are closed promptly.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate (Electrical, Mechanical), Advanced Safety Certifications (IOSH, NEBOSH, ISO Auditing).
Experience:
Proven HSE experience in industrial environments. Strong communication and leadership skills.
