Mode of Work: Hybrid Work location: Hyderabad Skillset: Experience in accounting / financial, / regulatory IFRS, FINREP and GSIB Reporting, Experience with Ledger systems, Mappings , strong in accounting We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Vice President-Financial Accounting Ledger Strategy Business : Financial Accounting Operations Principal Responsibilities Contribute detailed existing finance knowledge in order to shape the target state. Support test execution and exit. Develop materials to communicate information to or support discussions with different audiences. Understand the data model, flow and end-to-end solution and processes. Analyse current state operating models against target model to inform transition approach (change impact assessment). Support transition and assess progress, evolving the approach with experience where necessary to ensure new operating models are fully embedded and benefits are realised. Assess impact of change against TOM and support Change & Implementation (C&I) to create a change portfolio that supports a pragmatic evolution to the target state, ensuring minimum disruption to business as usual and minimising gaps and overlaps between programmes. Qualifications Experience working in a Finance/Business Finance function (or on Finance-related projects) and an understanding of Finance data and reports essential Qualified accountant/MBA/Finance qualification with more than 8+ years of post-qualification experience Familiarity with IFRS, Regulatory, FINREP & GSIB reporting.
