We are seeking experienced Senior Site Engineers Finishing to oversee and manage all finishing works at our construction project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that work is executed as per specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. Key Responsibilities : Supervise and manage execution of all finishing activities including: Plastering , Tiling , Painting , Flooring , and other surface treatments. Ensure finishing works are carried out as per approved drawings and quality standards. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion. Monitor material usage, manpower deployment, and site progress. Conduct quality checks and rectify finishing defects as needed. Maintain daily and weekly reports for site activities. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in high-quality finishing work in residential or commercial projects. Strong understanding of finishing materials, methods, and quality control practices. Excellent team coordination and site management skills.
