Designation: Manager, Counselling Education: Graduation /Masters in any discipline (Degree in Psychology will be preferred) Minimum 6 years experience in a lead counselling role. Should have min. 2-3 experience in financial counselling and conversion of patients in a fertility clinic Should have a knowledge of ART Laws Should be able to guide and mentor a team of counsellors Work Location: Gurgaon Experience: Ensure network and centre level conversion KPIs are met through a) in-depth tracking of potential patients for booking along with counsellors and b) putting in own efforts to convert critical, non-converted cases Train and guide on reducing OPU pendency Help in rebooking failed IVF cases Ensure adherence to lead squared with end-to-end patient journey and followup details Identify training needs of counsellors through monthly MIS/dashboards and audits, plan learning sessions for them in a structured manner Ensure usage of Counseling Aids by counsellors across all centres Work closely with operations and clinical team of centres to drive common goals on conversion and patient experience; showcase deep understanding of patient needs and psychology Collate competitor insights from counsellors with price and service benchmarking from all geographies.
