Job Description

As a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist at Accenture, you will play a key role in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions. You will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support the company's major business decisions and future financial health. Your role will involve analyzing and solving moderately complex problems, creating new solutions, and adapting existing methods and procedures as necessary. You will need to understand the strategic direction set by senior management in relation to team goals. Your primary interaction will be with your direct supervisor, but you may also engage with peers and/or management levels at clients or within Accenture. To excel in this role, you should possess agility for quick learning, collaboration and interpersonal skills, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work effectively in a team. Meeting deadlines and demonstrating a proactive approach to decision-making will be essential. You may also be required to manage small teams and/or work efforts, depending on your role within Accenture. Please be aware that this position may involve working in rotational shifts.
