Job Description

Job profile - Roles and Responsibilities Drive the Group Companies financial reporting and planning. Control and evaluate the organization fund-raising plans and capital structure. Set up and oversee the company finance IT system. Analysis operations to identify areas in need of reorganization, downsizing, or elimination. Cost Analytics: Review & finalize COGS, Preparation of Cost sheet & Standard Cost of Products, MIS Calculations & Decision making through Variance Analysis & Overhead absorptions, Marginal Costing, Break even Analysis, Reconciliation of Cost and Financial Profits. Monthly analysis of Cost of Goods sold against Revenue. Reviews planning process and suggests improvements to current methods. Critical Evaluation Factors Internal Financial Controls & Auditing: Acting as a Central Co-coordinator for Internal and Statutory Audits, Stock Audits, Designing Internal Financial controls & processes to ensure Efficient use and safeguarding of resources, review all transactions are properly authorized, recorded and periodically reported, handling statutory & tax audit, Transfer Pricing Audit & Cost audit, Highlight Major areas for improvement and action plans. Taxation: Direct Taxation: Verifying the Calculations of statutory dues & Filings to Departments. Preparation of details for Assessment. Indirect Taxation: GST laws Input Credit availment & utilizations. Preferred candidate profile Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is a must. Experience: o 12-15 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a medium-to-large organization. o Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and statutory compliance. o Experience in working with senior leadership teams and providing strategic financial input. o Experience in working in manufacturing company is desirable. Skills & Competencies: o Expertise in financial modelling, financial analysis, and financial reporting. o Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations. o Exposure to SAP 4 HANA is desirable. o Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. o Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. o Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
