A Financial Associate, also known as an Accounts Executive, is responsible for managing an organization's financial transactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and assisting in the preparation of financial statements. They play a crucial role in maintaining financial compliance, budgeting, and identifying discrepancies in financial records. Key Responsibilities: Managing Financial Transactions: This includes handling accounts payable and receivable, bank and vendor reconciliations, and tax filings. Record-Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records. Financial Statement Preparation: Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. Budgeting: Assisting with the budgeting process and monitoring financial performance. Discrepancy Resolution: Investigating and resolving any discrepancies or errors in financial records. Cash Flow Management: Monitoring cash flow and ensuring adequate liquidity. Tax Planning: Assisting with tax planning and compliance. Expense Management: Handling petty cash, maintaining expense reports, and reconciling bank statements.
