Job Description

You are an experienced and results-driven professional with a background in business loans, supply chain finance (SCF), or working capital sales. Your ideal candidate profile includes having strong connections in the FMCG distributor or B2B supply chain ecosystem, along with a proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing high-ticket financial deals. Your key responsibilities in this role will involve promoting and selling business loan and SCF products specifically to distributors and large B2B clients, excluding micro-enterprises. You will be expected to prospect clients through various means such as cold calls, referrals, and leveraging your distributor network. Additionally, conducting financial needs assessments and providing tailored lending solutions, structuring and presenting proposals encompassing working capital loans, invoice discounting, term loans, etc., coordinating with internal and third-party lending partners, negotiating terms, managing post-sales relationships, and tracking and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in business lending/financial services sales, with a strong exposure to supply chain finance, working capital loans, or invoice financing. Prior experience in dealing with distributors, stockists, or wholesalers, especially in FMCG or similar sectors, is highly preferred. A good understanding of how SCF impacts business operations, coupled with strong communication and negotiation skills, is essential. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field would be advantageous.
