Key Responsibilities -Assist in preparing and analyzing monthly financial statements and MIS reports. -Support the budgeting, and variance analysis process. -Help maintain and reconcile general ledger and accounting records. -Conduct financial data entry and invoice processing. -Work closely with the accounts team on TDS, GST filings, and vendor payments. -Research financial trends and assist in the development of financial models. -Participate in process improvement initiatives and automation efforts. -Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal financial policies. Qualifications Masters in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field Skills -Strong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas). -Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting. -Strong attention to detail and good analytical thinking. -Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. -Good verbal and written communication skills.
