Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Finance Executive to manage core financial operations and support strategic decision-making in the Fire & Safety industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day financial management, reporting, compliance, and contributing to the company’s financial health and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements such as P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts; monitor actual performance against budget.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and support strategic decisions.
• Support tax planning and ensure timely compliance with tax regulations.
• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity.
• Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
• Support the implementation of financial strategies aligned with business objectives.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Tally and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
