QA Manager - Finacle Data Migration for Banking Project, overseeing test strategy, planning, and execution for data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), and validation processes during the migration from legacy systems to Finacle 10.x/11.x.,overall QA strategy, data migration test plans, including source-to-target mapping, data profiling, and post-migration validation, validate data completeness, integrity, and consistency., mock runs, dry runs, and cutover validations., Finacle modules (e.g., CASA, Loans, Payments, Trade Finance) impacted by data migration, ETL tools, data mapping rules, and transformation logic, reconciliation and exception handling analysis, Finacle 10.x to 11.x migration, Finacle core banking data structures and modules (CASA, Loans, CRM, Payments, etc.), data migration testing frameworks, SQL, data profiling tools, and test management tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or QC, Unix/Linux, Regulatory and Compliance reporting validation, ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager, at least 35 years in Finacle and data migration testing.
