Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and upgrade IBM FileNet P8 components (Content Engine, Application Engine, Process Engine, Content Navigator)
Monitor and maintain FileNet system health, performance, and availability
Administer FileNet security, user roles, and access permissions
Troubleshoot system issues, logs, workflows, and application-level problems
Perform FileNet system patches, hotfixes, and version upgrades
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to support integration and performance tuning
Schedule and monitor data backups, and ensure business continuity plans are in place
Document system configurations, procedures, and change management records
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and ECM governance standards
Provide support for disaster recovery planning and testing
