Job Description

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Work across two selected healthcare facilities: one in a Tier 2 urban location and one in a rural area.
Travel as required to shoot stories on-site, capturing interviews, b-roll, and observational footage.
Collaborate with Recanteurs central team and field coordinator for daily updates and weekly check-ins.
Maintain high standards of visual storytelling with sensitivity, accuracy, and respect.
Ensure timely delivery of footage aligned with project guidelines and schedules.
Translate and subtitle regional language interviews into English.
Participate in weekly review calls and progress discussions

Note:

Who Were Looking For

Strong background in videography, filmmaking, or audio-visual content creation
Journalism and Documentary background preferred
Experience in field-based shoots and handling end-to-end video documentation
Ability to travel frequently and work independently in local environments/assigned region
Proficiency in regional languages with comfort in translation/subtitling
Must have own basic filming gear (camera/smartphone rig, mic, etc.)
Strong ethical awareness when working with sensitive subjects.
