Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide after-sales service support to customers by troubleshooting and resolving issues related to home appliances, consumer electronics, and water purification systems.
Conduct field visits to diagnose and repair faulty equipment at customer premises.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues that require escalation.
Maintain accurate records of all servicing activities, including work completed, parts used, and customer feedback.
Ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by supervisors while maintaining high levels of quality control.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-5 years of experience in after sales service or a related field (technical services).
Strong understanding of electrical/electronic principles and mechanical aptitude.
Ability to lift up to 25 kg regularly during installations/repairs.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers; proficiency in English language required.
