Field Sales Team Leader

You will be part of Axis Max Life Insurance Company, where you will be working in the Direct Channel. Your responsibilities will include receiving leads provided (60% to 70%) and motivating bank employees to promote life insurance products. Additionally, you will be generating leads from the open market and customers, as well as acquiring leads from bank employees. Your primary goal will be to convert these leads based on customer requirements. It is important to note that the work environment will involve a combination of office and open market settings. To be eligible for this position, you must have a graduation degree with all marksheets and certificates. Freshers are welcome to apply, and the age limit is below 32 years. Proper documentation from previous companies will be required. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers.
