Field Sales Executive (Tiruvannamalai)

SUMMARY :

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will be responsible for visiting potential clients, presenting products or services, and closing sales to meet business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and visit potential customers to generate new business.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
• Conduct regular follow-ups via phone, email, or site visits.
• Submit sales reports, market feedback, and competitor activities to the management.
• Coordinate with the internal team (delivery, support, finance) to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and product launches when required.
• Ensure proper documentation of sales transactions and maintain client records.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in field sales or direct marketing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Language: Proficiency in local language and English (if applicable).
• Possession of a valid driving license (if required).

Salary and Compensation:

15000 - 23000 (Basic salary)+ [Travel allowance] + [Incentives]
