Role Overview
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executives to join our expanding sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling comprehensive technology courses to students, working professionals, and corporate clients. This is a field-based role requiring extensive travel within the assigned territory to build relationships, generate leads, and close sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Conduct field visits to identify and engage potential customers for technology courses
- Present and demonstrate course offerings to prospective learners, including programming, AI, data science, and other tech courses
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and networking activities
- Convert prospects into enrolled students through effective sales presentations and follow-ups
- Conduct field visits to educational institutions, corporate offices, and training centers
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships
- Identify new market opportunities and potential customer segments
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, educational institutions, and corporate clients
- Provide detailed course information and career guidance to potential learners
- Handle customer queries and concerns professionally
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
Market Development
- Identify new market opportunities and potential customer segments
- Conduct market research to understand local competition and pricing strategies
- Participate in educational fairs, workshops, and promotional events
- Collaborate with marketing team to implement local promotional campaigns
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
- Update CRM system with lead information and sales progress
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to management
Must-Have Qualifications
- Educational Foundation: Graduate degree from any recognized university, demonstrating strong analytical and communication skills essential for sales leadership
- Sales Leadership Experience: 2+ years of comprehensive sales experience, with significant exposure in EdTech sales, consistently achieving revenue targets
- Transportation: Personal two-wheeler (bike) is mandatory
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in regional languages being a significant advantage for effective communication with diverse cultural backgrounds
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: 5.5 - 6.5 LPA
- Performance-based incentives
- Total Package: Can go up to 7 LPA for candidates with excellent sales experience in EdTech and field sales
