Job Title: Field Sales Executive Packaging Industry (Foils & Wrappers) Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu Experience Required: 8–10 years in B2B sales within the packaging or related manufacturing sectors Position Overview We are seeking a seasoned Field Sales Executive to drive business growth in the flexible packaging sector, focusing on foils and wrappers. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the packaging industry, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the packaging industry, focusing on foils and wrappers. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.Apna Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of packaging products and processes to effectively communicate benefits to clients. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer needs, and prepare regular forecasts to enable effective forward planning. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of products. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years in field sales, preferably within the packaging or manufacturing industry. Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Familiarity with SAP is preferred. Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
