Maintain daily reports & keep your upper level informed – transparency wins . Stay self-motivated – your energy drives results. Invest maximum time with customers – that's where the magic happens. Be well-spoken, respectful, and professional – always. Be a master at building customer relationships – trust sells. Generate leads consistently – be a growth machine. Schedule your own appointments – take charge of your time. Be ready to work late when required – success doesn’t follow a 9-5. Close your leads – don't just follow up, finish strong. Travel regularly in your assigned field – visibility builds credibility.
