Field Sales Executive

About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers, presenting products, and driving sales at various project locations across India. Ideal candidates should be flexible, self-motivated, and ready to work in a dynamic environment with opportunities to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Product Sales:
• Conduct direct sales activities at project locations.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Market Understanding:
• Identify and report market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team for strategy development.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Maintain records of daily sales activities and customer interactions.
• Prepare and submit sales reports.
• Travel and Relocation:
• Be prepared to work at different project locations across India.
• Adapt to varying cultural and regional dynamics.

Compensation:

• During Training Period (3 months):
• Stipend: ₹10,000 + Incentives based on performance.
• Post-Training Period:
• Salary: ₹15,000 per month + Incentives based on performance.
• Additional Benefits for Out-of-City Projects:
• Food and accommodation provided by the company.

Training Period:

The initial 3 months of employment will serve as a training period, during which the candidate will:

• Gain comprehensive knowledge about the products and sales processes.
• Develop interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Receive on-the-job training at various project locations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
