Field Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Field Officer with a valid two-wheeler and driving license to support on-the-ground operations. The Field Officer will be responsible for implementing field activities, data collection, stakeholder engagement, and reporting. The role requires frequent travel to field locations using the candidate’s own two-wheeler.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular visits to assigned areas using a two-wheeler to monitor field activities.
• Engage with community members, beneficiaries, and local authorities to ensure smooth implementation of programs.
• Collect, document, and report field data accurately and on time.
• Support the execution of training, awareness programs, or surveys as required.
• Maintain proper records of daily visits, field observations, and issues encountered.
• Coordinate with the central team to communicate challenges and propose practical solutions.
• Ensure proper maintenance and usage of own two-wheeler for official travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
