Field Co-ordinator

• Responsible for mobilizing deserving unemployed youth for the Youth skill Programs jointly with the remaining Project Staff.
• Maintenance and monitoring of all records related to mobilization for center and at organization level.
• Reports to the Centre Coordinator.
• Create and implement mobilization plans at the center and at organizational level.
• Provide innovative ideas and methodologies for successful execution of mobilization.
• Update the MIS data related to Mobilization at organizational level and Update MIS when required.
• Calling of potential beneficiaries from collected mobilization data at centre and ensuring the same at organizational level.
• Counselling of beneficiaries coming for admission and enquiry at the centre and ensuring the same at organizational level.
• Verification of authenticity of collected mobilization data (whether the data collected is fake or relevant)
• Ensuring at least 1 successful home visit before declaring a candidate as “Drop Out” along with other Project Staff, as suggested by the Centre Coordinator and for those potential beneficiaries who attended demo classes if required.
• Attend capacity building programs organized for the Project Staff.
• Participate in the review meetings with Donor.
• Perform any other tasks provided by Centre Coordinator/senior officials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
