Build and manage a pipeline of shipowners, operators, and charterers. Promote innovative ESDs to help clients reduce emissions and costs. Oversee ESD projects from feasibility to implementation. Negotiate contracts and pricing structures to close deals. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies. Track performance and report on revenue and market trends. Qualifications: 5+ years in business development, sales, or commercial roles in shipping, fuel trading, or carbon markets.
