You will be utilizing SolidWorks to create detailed 3D designs, assemblies, and technical drawings for machines and components. You will be responsible for making the layout of designs, collecting data from experiments, literature reviews, and research papers, and defining the process of experiments while ensuring safety. Additionally, fabricating prototypes, performing large-scale experiments, and driving machine development initiatives, including prototyping, iteration, and validation of new equipment, will be part of your responsibilities. You will also coordinate with the R&D and design team to optimize experiment outputs and evaluate new ways to improve production techniques and efficiency. Making conceptual designs of SPM, working with vendors for fabrication and supply, and identifying/resolving mechanical and process-related issues are key tasks. You should have working knowledge of fermenter, boiler, and autoclave systems, including operation and troubleshooting, and oversee preventive maintenance of machines to minimize production downtime. Tech( Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation) Roles & Responsibilities Responsible for the Plant Maintenance activity of DS (Drug Substance) section equipment's such as Fermenters, Process vessels, CIP vessels, batch centrifuges, TFF systems, Merck chromatography columns, Filter press .
