Role & responsibilities Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our operations and maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems and utilities, with hands-on experience in the installation, operation, and troubleshooting of industrial electrical equipment. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and execute electrical installations, including PCC (Power Control Center), MCC (Motor Control Center), DG sets, transformers, and switchgear systems. Operate and maintain High Tension (H.T.) and Low Tension (L.T.) electrical yards. Perform routine and preventive maintenance of utility equipment such as boilers, chillers, air compressors, and other critical plant machinery. Diagnose faults, carry out troubleshooting, and ensure minimal downtime in electrical systems. Ensure safe working practices and compliance with electrical safety standards. Maintain proper documentation of all electrical equipment, maintenance logs, and statutory records. Coordinate with statutory and regulatory bodies for inspections, approvals, and certifications (e.g., electrical inspectorate). Support energy efficiency and optimization initiatives. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical installations and power distribution systems. Experience with utility equipment and industrial electrical systems. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals. Familiarity with statutory regulations and electrical inspection procedures. Good problem-solving and decision-making skills. Working knowledge of MS Office and relevant maintenance management systems. Preferred Qualifications: B.E or B.Tech. in Electrical with app 5-8 years experience in electrical installations Certification in Electrical Safety or Energy Management (optional). Prior experience in manufacturing, industrial plants, or utility operations is desirable.

The Helper/Feeder is responsible for ensuring a continuous and accurate supply of substrates - such as paper, board, or film to UV and 1 over 1 perfecting printing machines. This role is essential to maintaining smooth production flow, supporting machine operators, and upholding quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Material Feeding: Accurately feed substrates into printing machines, ensuring proper alignment and preventing jams or misfeeds. Maintain steady material supply to minimize downtime. Quality Control: Inspect materials for defects prior to feeding and report any quality issues or material inconsistencies to the machine operator promptly. Machine Support: Assist Machine Operators and Assistant Operators with material handling tasks, including loading, unloading, and machine setup preparations. Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and handle materials carefully to avoid contamination or damage. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: Prior experience in material handling or production environments is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided. Skills & Competencies: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented production setting. Good physical stamina for repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods. Market Mapping and Business development activities - Generate leads from prospective customers such as aggregate producers, mines contractors and engineering houses at quarries, mine sites, principal offices and other establishment. Understands the customer requirements and pitch solutions with Company's range of products to improve competitive position in area. Advises customer on types of equipment to purchase, considering such factors as costs, space availability and intended usage. Responsible for achievement of agreed targets in the Corporate & Retail. Develop sales plans and objectives for the customer base in the respective territory. Enhance the overall relationship with key customers leading to constructive and profitable business partnership. Growing top-line revenue and sustainability through direct personal customer service management and value selling. Co-ordinate with Project, Spare and Service personal ensuring the best and smooth customer service. Ensure a highly cohesive team-working environment by coordinating with peers & dealer and other stakeholders to ensure all issues are settled in a timely manner Provides the company with regular status reports on business activities, opportunity development, and overall satisfaction of the customer base. Ensures that all activities are carried out in accordance with Company Values and current Company Policies and Procedures.
