We are looking for a driven B2B Sales Executive to spearhead our growth by partnering with schools and onboarding students and parents onto our meal subscription plans. This is a field role. You’ll be meeting school administrators, doing parent presentations, and closing deals on-ground. Key Responsibilities: ● Identify and target schools for partnership opportunities. ● Build relationships with school decision-makers (principals, trustees, admin heads). ● Pitch and present our meal subscription program to school leadership and parent bodies. ● Conduct on-site presentations, sampling sessions, and info sessions for parents. ● Negotiate agreements, close partnerships, and onboard schools. ● Coordinate with internal teams for smooth program rollout. ● Track sales pipeline, targets, and monthly performance metrics. Requirements: ● 2-5 years of B2B sales or field sales experience (education, healthcare, F&B, or subscription businesses preferred). ● Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. ● Comfortable with high-activity, on-ground sales — school visits, parent meetings, events. ● Strong negotiation and closing abilities. ● Self-starter, target-driven, able to work with minimal supervision. ● Willingness to travel locally as needed. ● Existing network in the education sector. ● Prior experience selling to schools or parents. Role Overview You’ll drive B2B sales of our dessert SKUs across Delhi NCR. This includes selling to restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, hotels, event caterers, gyms with food counters, and premium food retail outlets. You’ll own the full sales cycle — from lead gen to closing and account management.
