The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing a sales team, achieving business targets, and implementing strategies to boost FD portfolio growth from economically strong and expanding customer bases. Key Responsibilities: Lead the FD sales initiative in the assigned territory by managing and guiding sales executives. Develop and execute strategic plans to meet monthly and quarterly FD targets. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the FD customer base. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to optimize performance. Monitor and report on sales performance, lead pipelines, and team productivity. Conduct regular field visits and customer meetings for high-value acquisitions. Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory guidelines. Provide regular updates and strategic reports to senior management. Required Candidate Profile: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services, banking, or NBFCs. Must have an educational background in Commerce, Finance, or related field . Proven ability to lead teams and achieve aggressive sales targets. Strong skills in reporting, analytics, and performance management. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. The primary responsibility will be to promote FD investment products and on-board economically strong and growing customer segments to invest in our FD savings account. Key Responsibilities: Conduct field visits to identify and approach potential customers for Fixed Deposit investments. Generate leads through market visits, referrals, and local networks. Build relationships with prospective clients and explain the benefits of FD accounts with Fabtech Multistate. Achieve monthly targets for FD sales in assigned areas. Maintain daily sales reports and update customer records regularly. Represent the bank professionally in the market and maintain brand credibility. Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial products. Must have completed Graduation from a recognized university. Candidates owning a bike or car preferred, with willingness to travel extensively in the assigned area. Good communication, interpersonal, and customer engagement skills.
