into successful purchases. The ideal candidate will engage with potential customers through WhatsApp, calls, emails, or chat, and provide prompt,personalized assistance to drive conversions and enhance the shopping experience.
Follow up with leads via WhatsApp, phone, or email in a timely manner to drive closure.
Understand the customers needs and suggest relevant products or offers to encourage purchase completion.Coordinate with the operations and support team to ensure order fulfillment or address payment-related concerns.Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly conversion and revenue targets.
