Plan, Organize and oversee daily farm activities
Work closely with our team to establish and refine best practices and operational protocols.
Keep record of farm activities
Supervise farm workers and allocate task to ensure smooth operations and optimal productivity
Train and mentor farm workers, ensuring skill development and adherence to safety protocols.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary inputs for farming
Oversee the maintenance and repair of farm equipment’s, tools, and infrastructure.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
