Job Description

We have an urgent requirement for the position of Faculty/ Trainer for Human Resource Development Department:

Male candidates preferred
Must be a Graduate (BE or BTech Mechanical preferred)
At least have 1-2 years of experience as a Faculty or Sales Trainer
Trainer in automobile sector will be given preference
Location- Lokhra

Job Description

Conduct Regular Training to Sales personnel on Product, Process and Behavioral skill.
Conduct Need Based Training in close coordination with General Manager for feedback of individual Sales Officer & Supporting Staff.
Coordinate with Group Head Training, for maintaining library and Knowledge Sharing SOP.
Coordinate with General Manager for planning & preparing Monthly Training calendar.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
