Job Summary: The Factory Worker will be responsible for performing various tasks on the production line, assisting in manufacturing processes, and ensuring that products are produced efficiently and meet quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Production Line Operations: Operate and monitor machinery and equipment on the production line as per established procedures and instructions. Assembly and Fabrication: Perform assembly, fabrication, or packaging tasks accurately and efficiently as required by the production process. Material Handling: Load and unload raw materials, components, and finished products from machines, production lines, or storage areas, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Quality Control: Conduct basic quality checks on products to identify defects or inconsistencies. Report any quality issues to the supervisor immediately. Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and surrounding space, to ensure a safe and efficient production environment. Perform basic cleaning and preventive maintenance on machinery as instructed. Safety Compliance: Strictly follow all safety regulations, company policies, and use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times to ensure a safe working environment. Report any hazards or incidents promptly. Adherence to Procedures: Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for all tasks. Record Keeping: Assist with basic record-keeping, such as production counts or material usage logs, as directed by the supervisor. Team Collaboration: Work effectively and cooperatively with other team members, supervisors, and colleagues to achieve production goals. Troubleshooting (Basic): Identify and report any basic issues with machinery or production processes to the supervisor. Packaging and Labeling: Assist in packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment.

The role involves operating machinery for mixing, extrusion, and pelletizing of masterbatches used in the plastics and coatings industry. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor masterbatch production machinery (e.g., extruders, mixers). Load raw materials (polymers, pigments, additives) as per batch instructions. Ensure product quality through routine visual and mechanical checks. Maintain clean and safe working conditions in line with company policies. Record daily production data and report deviations to the supervisor. Perform minor equipment maintenance and assist in troubleshooting issues. Follow SOPs and adhere to safety and quality standards. Support continuous improvement initiatives in production efficiency.
