Role Overview: We are seeking a Factory Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily production activities on the factory floor. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient operations, quality control, and team coordination while meeting production targets. Key Responsibilities: Supervise production workers and daily operations in the manufacturing unit Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards Monitor raw material usage and reduce wastage Maintain cleanliness and safety protocols in the work area Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and quality teams Report any issues in machinery, production delays, or manpower shortages to the management Ensure workers follow standard operating procedures and safety norms Skills & Requirements: Basic understanding of manufacturing processes (training provided) Ability to lead and manage teams effectively Strong observational and problem-solving skills Physically fit and willing to work on the shop floor Punctual, disciplined, and proactive attitude
