Job Description / Responsibilities

Job Profile Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Factory Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, a keen eye for quality control, and the ability to lead and motivate a team to meet production goals.

Technical Skills :

1. Strong leadership and team management abilities.

2. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control systems.

3. Proficient in using production planning tools

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Management:

• Plan, organize, and supervise manufacturing processes to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Address and resolve production issues promptly.

2. Team Supervision:

• Lead and manage a team of operators, technicians, and workers.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to staff, ensuring optimal productivity.
• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills.

3. Quality Assurance:

• Enforce strict adherence to quality standards and company procedures.
• Inspect products during and after production to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Implement corrective actions for quality issues.

4. Inventory and Resource Management:

• Monitor and manage raw materials, tools, and equipment to avoid shortages or downtime.
• Coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment of supplies.

5. Continuous Improvement:

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with the management team to drive operational excellence initiatives.

Desired profile of the candidate

Minimum pre-requisite from Ideal Candidate :

• Prior experience in OEM
• Shall have served as vendor to either one or all industries from following segments
